A fragmentary female Lobi Bateba statue, the arms supporting the belly, as pregnant women often do, oval head, the eyes and the mouth only indicated as slits; the lower abdomen fragmentary, a large crack from the gluteae to the calotte, another one in the face, multi-layered, patchy patina, clear signs of age and cultic use.
